WINDSOR TERRACE FACADE
2013-2015
A facade restoration in Brooklyn, NY. The work entails brick restoration, new wood windows and a mahogany entryway at the main facade. The remaining wood framed exterior walls were modernized with new windows, insulation and cement board siding. During construction structural issues were discovered in the masonry and wood framed walls. Solutions for shoring and replacement were developed and implemented.
